Take 0.6g of this product, accurately weigh it, put it in a 250ml iodine bottle, accurately add 75g of barium hydroxide solution [take barium hydroxide (Ba(OH)z • 8H20), and add 1000ml of freshly boiled cold water to get it. This solution should be filtered with 50ml of water, filled with nitrogen to remove air and carbon dioxide, and then sealed with 3 drops of water to form a water seal. Put 95~100 DEG C of water baths and heat for 15 minutes, add 6 drops of phenolphthalein indicator solution, titrate with hydrochloric acid titration solution (0.5mol/L) while still hot until the solution is colorless, and correct the result of the titration with a blank test. Each 1ml of hydrochloric acid titration solution (0.5mol/L) is equivalent to 25.52mg of C4H603.
